1956 F. G. Miles established a subsidiary, Miles Structural Plastics, which took over the rapidly expanding work of the plastics division[1]

1961 Listed by Flight as in an ancillary industry; company had interests in plastics, insulation, and design services[2]

By 1963 George H. Miles was a director of Miles Structural Plastics[3]

1969 Member of the Miles Group
