1880 Partnership dissolved. '...in an action, William Miller against Samuel Miller, it was declared that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the plaintiff and defendant, as Bicycle Manufacturers, at Addison-place, Brixton-road, in the county of Surrey, and at 163, Loughborough-road, Brixton, in the same county, under the style or firm of Miller and Miller, do stand dissolved...'[1]
