The early sales organisation for Arrol-Johnston
1895 George Johnston formed a joint venture with Sir William Arrol, the Mo-Car Syndicate, to build car he had designed.
1898 Company #4,106 was registered on 30th December 1898 with a capital of £50,000 to carry on the business of manufacturers and sellers of motor cars.
