Ran from Mold to the Vale of Clwyd Railway at Denbigh, almost sixteen miles. It opened in 1869. [1]

1861 The company was incorporated.

1908 The number of miles in operation is 14.75 and the line is worked in perpetuity by the London and North Western Railway. [2]

1923 Became part of London, Midland and Scottish Railway. [3]
