1901 November. Advertisement. Morris roadster cycle. Morris and Cooper, 48 High Street, Oxford.[1]

1902 September. Partnership dissolved. '... the undersigned, William Richard Morris and Joseph Augustus Cooper, carrying on business as Cycle Agents and Manufacturers, at 48, High-street, 2, Queen's lane, and 100, Holywell street, all in the city of Oxford, under the style or firm of MORRIS AND COOPER, was dissolved as and from the 29th day of September, 1902, by mutual consent....'[2]

Morris then traded as William R. Morris in Holywell Street.
