1887 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, Sydney Lee and Robert William Potter, carrying on business in copartnership under the style of the New Bicycle and Tricycle Sale Rooms Company, at 79, Chancery-lane and 4 and 4a, Quality-court, both in the county of Middlesex, as Cycle Agents, was dissolved, by mutual consent, as from the 16th day of April, 1888. All debts due from or payable to the said firm will be paid and received by the said Sydney Lee, who will in future carry on business at 4 and 4a Quality-court aforesaid. The said Robert William Potter will in future carry on business at 79, Chancery-lane...'[1]
