1896 The Credenda Tube Co was in liquidation in consequence of the sale of the business to the New Credenda Tube Company Limited.[1]

1896 The Credenda business was bought by a Birmingham firm, the Star Tube Co

1897 Star Tube Co became part of the combine known as Weldless Tubes (later Tubes Limited).

1897 The New Credenda Company was voluntarily wound up[2]
