  • Laurence, Scott and Electromotors S.A. (Prorietary) Ltd
  • Defence and Equipment Systems Ltd
  • S. M. (Blantyre) Ltd

1987 The name of the company was changed to Notchlook Ltd

1988 Renamed Defence Equipment and Systems Ltd[2]. The company was a designer and manufacturer of specialist defence equipment.

1991 Name changed to MSI-Defence Systems Ltd
