presumably subsidiary of Nu-Way, associated with Nu-Way Heating Plants, also of Droitwich.

1968 Nu-Way Eclipse introduced a new method of gas firing for most process heating plant, including incinerators, kilns, furnaces[1]

1969 A member of the Wolseley Hughes Group[2]
