1908 Built the Orme Ring Mill.

1917 Advert. 62,000 ring spindles. [1]

1920 Restructured as Orme Ring Mill (1920).

1930 Acquired by the Lancashire Cotton Corporation.[2]

1959 Mill closed.[3]
