1897 Company share issue to take over the New Ormonde Cycle Co which was formed in 1885 as the Ormonde Cycle Co and in 1893 was amalgamated with the St. Andrew's Cycle Co. Directors include Frank William Grainger, Director of New Ormonde Cycle Co; Thomas Groves, Nine years manager for Starley Brothers., [1]

1897 Resolution to wind up the New Ormonde Cycle Company, Romford. One of the liquidators is Joseph John Perry, London, a manufacturer.[2]
