Oscar Adrian Proctor (1899-1990)

1899 Born in New Zealand: Oscar Adrian Pollak.

1937 Residing in Prague; changed his name to Proctor[1]

1939 Director of a limited company; lived in London[2]

1961 Acquired Excelsior Motor Co from the receiver.[3] This had been a publically quoted company so presumably Proctor Industries was transferred to Excelsior.

1964 Chairman of Excelsior Motor Co[4]

1968 MD of Proctor Industries

1990 Died in Watford
