1921 Amalgamated Photographic Manufacturers Ltd was formed bringing together seven British companies:

1928 A new organisation was formed, called APeM (Amalgamated Photographic Equipment Manufacturers ), consisting of Rotary Photographic Co, Rajar, Paget Prize Plate Co and Marion and Co.

1929 APeM subsequently became part of Ilford
