1839 Booth and Co were in occupation of the Park Iron Works.
1844 'We have great pleasure to announce that the assignees of Messrs. Booth and Co. have sold the Park Iron Works to the Brymbo Mining and Railway Company, as a working concern. There is no doubt but this wealthy and spirited company will carry on the foundry and engineering departments with great vigour.'[3]
By 1856 Park Iron Works was occupied by Davy Brothers
