1844 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership hitherto subsisting between Percival Moses Parsons and Theophilus Wood Bunning, of No. 34, Cranmer-place, Waterloo-road, in the county of Surrey, Civil Engineers, is this day dissolved by mutual consent....'[1]
