1906 Incorporated as the Peebles Motor Company Limited, Tweed Green Motor Works, Peebles, with capital of £10,000 to acquire as a going concern the business of Mr Laurence Bell, motor engineer, Peebles, carried on by him under the name of "The Peebles Motor Company".[1]

1922 Managing Director: Laurence Bell, M.I.A.E.

1933 The company went into voluntary liquidation.[2]
