Mr Peter Hands (Member) died on 12th July aged 45.
Mr Hands gained his technical experience with the Ministry of Works, Field Test Unit, Barnet.
In 1957 Mr Hands joined Lovell Plant Hire Ltd, three years later he was appointed a director and in 1968 became Managing Director.
He will be sadly missed by his many friends and colleagues.
