Pigeon Valley Steam Museum, Higgins Park, Pigeon Valley Road, RD2, Wakefield, New Zealand

Home to the Pigeon Valley Steam Museum, Rover Car Club, Nelson Vintage Engine and Machinery Club, and a new group in the last two years, the Historic Transport Museum Trust.

Collected together within this complex is a wide range of machinery and exhibits from days gone by. Here you can enjoy working and static steam engines, vintage tractors and small engines, many of the old trucks that were a part of Nelson's earlier years, military vehicles, the facinating Rural Life Museum building, and an old time working sawmill.
