By the 1980s the division was a supplier of Multibus compatible boards and subsystems for commercial, rugged and military applications

1984 Entered the market for bubble memory systems for severe environments.

By 1989 this business had been sold by Plessey[1] through a Management buyout that formed Radstone Technology
