1956 Platers and Stampers changed its name to Prestige Group in order to reflect the name of the principal product group of the company. In conjunction with the American parent, Ekco Product Co, acquired 2 small German companies and a Dutch one. With Ekco, acquired a substantial shareholding in Venesta[1]

1957 Factories at Burnley, Derby and Blackburn. Together with its American parent, Ekco Products, the company owned 25 percent of Venesta[2]
