1934 Production-Engineering was established to help improve production engineering

1963 Formed an Italian subsidiary[1]

By 1972 the group was named P-E International[2]

1993 Cray Electronics acquired P-E International[3]

1996 Cray Electronics sold P-E International to Lorien [4]

2004 HTSPE Ltd was formed from the merger of P-E International and HTS Development to work in the public and private sectors worldwide, providing development management and modernisation of public services; governance; society and the environment; profitability and value added improvement services in all sectors.
