1847 June. Mention of Queen's Terrace at death of Mary Ann Clarke age 39.[1]

1848 April. Frederic Cook of Queen's terrace and his landlord Mr. Walkey.[2]

1850 Mention of R. Pike, Queen's Terrace, an Accountant.[3]

1851 July. Edward Maitland of Montreal, Canada, and Queen's Terrace.[4]

1863 January. 'Queens-terrace, New North-terrace, and North-terrace will in future be known as Queens-terrace, and numbered consecutively from St. David's Church.'[5]
