Westovian motorcycles were produced from 1914 to 1916, by R. V. Heath of South Shields.

Possibly Richard Victor Heath

1914 The machines were basic models of 2.5hp and 4.5hp fitted with Precision engines, belt drive, hub gears and Druid forks.

1914 Richard Victor Heath, 24 Catherine Street. Listed under Furniture Brokers and Dealers. [1]

1915 There was also a model powered by a TDC engine.

1916 That machine continued but with only one other using a Precision engine. The rest turned to JAP single and V-twin engines. It was the final year of production.
