1887 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore existing between the undersigned, William Thomas Rabbits and Charles Joseph Whittuck Rabbits, carrying on business at Elephant-buildings, Newington Butts, in the county of Surrey, and various other shops in and about London and its suburbs, as Boot and Shoe Manufacturers and Leather Sellers, under the style or firm of Rabbits and Sons, has been dissolved, by mutual consent, as from the 26th day of March, 1887. All debts owing to or by the late firm will be received and paid by the said Charles Joseph Whittuck Rabbits, who will carry on the said business alone, under the same style or firm of Rabbits and Sons...'[1]
