Born the son of William De Warenne Holman Lower, Merchant's Clerk.

1910 Married at Norwich to Gladys Rosa Newhouse

1911 Of the Corporation Electricity Dept., Duke street, Norwich.[1]

1911 Living at The Haven, Luton Avenue, Broadstairs: Richard Anthony Lower (age 27 born Hornsey), Engineer, Director and Secretary, Motor and General Engineers - Employer. With his wife Gladys Rosa.[2]
