1881 Living at Portway, Rowley Regis, age 12. With his widowed mother Ann and sister Susan.[2]

1901 Living at 46 Bloxcidge Street, Oldbury; Richard Baker (age 32 born Rowley Regis), mechanical Engineer. With his widowed mother Ann Baker (age 54 born Rowley Regis).[3]

1902 Married in Quinton, Christ Church, Worcestershire to Annie Goode, daughter of Thomas Goode, a Butcher
