1837 'Dissolution of Partnership. Notice is hereby given, THAT the PARTNERSHIP for some time past subsisting between us, the undersigned Edward Coleman, Samuel, and James Ride, carrying on business as Engineers, Millwrights, and Ironfounders, at the Vauxhall Works, in the borough of Leicester, is DISSOLVED by mutual consent from the date hereof.
All debts due, and owing to and from the said concern, will be received and paid by the undersigned Edward Coleman, by whom the business of an Ironfounder will in future be carried on.
As witness our hands this sixteenth day of August, 1837.
