Robert Blackwood and Sons, Carpet and Rug Manufacturers, of Burnside Carpet Works, Kilmarnock, and 14 Paternoster Square, London.

1895 By the death of Robert Blackwood, residing in London Road, Kilmarnock, the senior Partner, the partnership was dissolved. The Business will be continued by the surviving Partners, William Ford Blackwood and James Blackwood, his sons, under the same Firm[1]

1908 Blackwood, Morton and Sons was registered to acquire the weaving business of Robert Blackwood.
