1908 February 12th. Born Sutton the son of John Thomas Overton, Motor Dealer, and his wife Alice Maude

1911 Living at Farm Close, Langley Park Rd Sutton, Surrey: John Thomas Overton (age 39 born Speldhurst, Kent), Motor Car Dealer - Employer. With his wife Alice Maude Overton (age 23 born Brinton, Mddx.) and their two children Robert Clifton Hills Overton (age 3 born Sutton) and Joan Edith Overton (age 2 born Sutton). Two servants.[1]
