1788 Born the son of William Savery and his wife Jane Morse

1843 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Robert Savery and Richard Bowles, as Whitesmiths, at Taunton, in the county of Somerset, is this day dissolved by mutual consent....'[1]

1851 Living at St. James Street, Taunton: Robert Savery (age 63 born Williton), Engineer. With his wife Jane Savery.[2]

1861 Living at Taunton: Robert Savery (age 73 born Elworth, Sons.). Iron Founder. With his wife Jane Savery and in the house of their married daughter.[3]
