1872 Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, John Rogerson, of Bolton, in the county of Lancaster, Engineer, and James Brimelow, of Bolton aforesaid, Engineer, carrying on the business of Engineers and Ironfounders, and Cotton Doublers, at Bolton aforesaid, trading under the style or firm of Rogerson and Brimelow, was dissolved by mutual consent, on the 11th day of May last past. All debts due to or owing by the said partnership will be received and paid by the said James Brimelow, by whom in future the said businesses will be carried on, on his own account alone....'[1]
