1881 August 04th. Born the son of Richard O. Sully, Coal Owner and Ship Owner, and his wife Elizabeth M.

1909 Married in Cardiff to Florence Palmer Hopkins

1911 Living at Hillcrest, Redland Gardens, Penarth: Roland James Sully (age 29 born Bridge, Somerset), Proprietor of Motor Works - Employer. With his wife Florence Sully (age 28 born Cardiff). One servant.[1]

WWI Listed in Royal Navy and Royal Air Force returns.

1916 of Herbert's Engineering Works, Caversham, Reading

1938 Listed at South View, Chew Magna.[2]

1939 Listed as a Consulting Engineer. With Florence Sully.[3]

1957 November 12th. Died. Of Keeds View, Rayens Cross Road, Long Ashton, Somerset.
