1895 '.....Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned [[Percy Rosling]] and [[Frederick Joseph Arundel Matthews]] carrying on business as Electrical and Mechanical Engineers at the Trafalgar Works Trafalgar-street Bradford in the county of York and at Porter-street Hull in the said county of York has been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the 31st day of August 1894.
