1907 The company S. F. Edge (1907) was registered on 22 July, to acquire the business of S. F. Edge, dealers in and manufacturers of motor cars and marine engines. [2]

1911 Motor Show. Improved the details of the 15 hp Napier. Previous experience in Hackney carriages. [3]

1912 Selwyn Edge sold this business to Napier for ₤120,000 and an agreement not to be involved in motor manufacturing for seven years.
