1927 - April. They purchased the goodwill of the metal sawing machine department of the Isaac Hill and Son Ltd. and secured the services of Mr D. M. J. Hill late of that firm.[1]

1961 Ironfounders, mechanical and structural engineers, handling high grade iron castings and S.G. (Ductile) iron castings. Mechanical engineers producing metal sawing machinery including the "Hydrofeed" range of heavy circular metal sawing machines. Specialists in steel framed buildings, quarry plant structures and fabricated steel machinery components. 675 employees. [3]
