John Newton joined with Ceirano, and founded the S.C.A.T. Co. in Turin, placing the S.C.A.T. and Nazarro chassis on British market. The SCAT car was imported into UK by Newton and Bennett

1911 John Newton bought factory in Turin and produced the 12 h.p. Newton car, placing it on British and European markets
