Iron Founders and Millwrights

1810 Richard Hornsby arrived in Grantham and set up Seaman and Hornsby with his business partner, Richard Seaman, a fellow Methodist.

1815 Richard Hornsby was an iron and brass founder working from Spittlegate Ironworks at Grantham.

1828 Became Richard Hornsby when Seaman retired.
