1968 Combined mobile crane and working platform

c.1970 Acquired SPL International[2]

1977 The Simon Group's software subsidiary, SPL International, agreed in principle to join the Insac marketing venture[3]

1977 Sold SPL International to NDC Systems SA of Canada and the National Enterprise Board[4]
