1860 Contractor for building part of the Metropolitan Railway

1864 Tender accepted for the Sardinian Railways. George Knight Managing Director.[1]

1864 Contracted by the Imperial Mexican Railway to build the line from Mexico City to Veracruz.[2]. William Elliot employed as Chief Assistant.[3]

1866 Company put into liquidation; Thomas Cave was chairman[4]

c.1868 Company failed
