1882 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership hitherto subsisting between the undersigned, William Holland and William Shave, carrying on business as Bicycle and Tricycle Manufacturers, at the St George's Bicycle and Tricycle Works, No. 1GO, Great Hampton-row, Birmingham, in the county of Warwick, under the style or firm of the St. George's Bicycle and Tricycle Company, has been dissolved, by mutual consent, as from the 18th day of March, 1882, from which date the business will be carried on by the said William Shave, under the same style...'[1]
