1905 O. J. Steinhart, Ph.D., F.C.S., and J. L. F. Vogel M.I.E.E., M.I.M.M., hitherto carrying on business as Steinhart and Vogel,...... of South Australia, to amalgamate their business, and in future the joint firm will be known as Steinhart, Vogel and Cloud.[1]

1906 At this time Steinhart, Vogel, and Cloud operated a laboratory in the accumulator works of Pritchetts and Gold.


A later company was: Steinhart and Vogel's Complex Ore Process Ltd

1908 T. C. Cloud was chairman of Steinhart and Vogel Complex Ore Process Ltd[2]

1911 Company in liquidation[3]
