Memories

So that we can include the personal aspect of Industrial History, we are encouraging people who use our site to include memories of family members or their own memories of working for the companies we have included on Grace’s Guide. This will enable visitors of today and in the future to be able to associate living history to these important industrial and engineering organisations.

Contributors

Do you have specific experience in a particular field of engineering? Do you have a hobby that means you could add interesting information and facts to our pages?

We are always keen to acquire new Contributors for our team with specialist knowledge of industrial subjects that they can share with others through Grace’s Guide.

Publications

Do you have any early magazines, books, directories that we can utilise for this project? We have facilities to safely store all items received or alternatively we can return them to you once we have recorded them.

With a photography studio in-house, we are able to record all publications and photographs effectively and professionally. We can then upload digital versions of your publications to Grace’s Guide for all to see and access freely, without any charges.

Photographs

We always ask for early photographs and publications, but modern day snaps of landmarks, companies, machinery etc are just as important to us to preserve our heritage through history.
