1935 'NEW COMPANY Jordan's Register states that T. H. DICK AND CO. LTD., of Groves Foundry, Church-road, Cleveland-street, Hull, was registered on June 26, 1935, to carry on business of ironfounders, smelters, etc. Nominal capital: £2,000 in £1 shares. Directors: T. H. Dick, 21, Auckland-avenue. Hull; R. D. Craig, 14, Maple-grove, Garden Village, Hull. Remuneration of directors: As voted by the company.'[1]
