1813 Company founded which became William Tasker and Sons

1932 After the earlier company went into liquidation, this private company was formed.

1937 General engineers and trailer builders. [1]

1961 Commercial trailer manufacturers and agricultural engineers. 650 employees. [2]

1968 The Craven Tasker group was formed as a result of the merger of Cravens Homalloy and Taskers of Andover.

1969 Acquired by Cravens Industries[3]
