1824 Partnership change. '... the Partnership between the undersigned Thomas Blake, John Blake, and Thomas Blake the younger, of Sheffield; in the County of York, as Merchants and Manufacturers, carried on' under the firm of Thomas Blake and Sons, was dissolved by mutual consent on the 31st day of December last.—All debts due and owing to and from the said Partnership will be received and paid by the said John Blake, who will in future carry on the, said trades...'[1]
1825 Saw makers and table knife manufacturers[2]; William Blake, merchant, also was at 60 Scotland Street; Thomas Blake, merchant lived in Upper Thorpe[3]
