On the Premises, on WEDNESDAY, April 8, at Eleven, In One Lot, THE LEASE, with immediate possession, of all those capital and extensive Premises, situate in Holland-street, Blackfriars-road, a few paces only from Blackfriars-bridge, on which a considerable sum has been judiciously expended, in all necessary erections, for the express business of an Engineer, but equally eligible for any other extensive concern; stabling and loft over, coal shed, and a capacious yard, well secured and enclosed. A Dwelling Honse in front of Holland-street, and four Houses immediately adjoining, for workmen; held for a long term, at low rent. To be viewed till the Sale, and Particulars had on the Premises; of Mr. Scargill, Solicitor, Hatton-court, Threadneedle-street; and Mr. Adamson, No. 11, Billiter-square.

On WEDNESDAY, April 8, and following Days, at Eleven, the Entire STOCK and IMPLEMENTS in TRADE, and other valuable Effects, consisting of a very capital new portable steam engine of five-horse power, with steam boiler, &c. An excellent turning lathe 24 feet long, a seven-foot lathe, a screwcutting machine, a large grooving and planing machine, swing crane, capital triangle, Halley’s patent blowing machine, cast iron and wood flasks, about four tons of new bar and rod iron, several tons of useful castings and old metal, iron beam, planks, and ropes ; large quantity of wood patterns, work benches, about ten chaldron of coals, a pony chaise, a tilbury, spring cart, a four-wheel trunk, gig and cart harness, Household Furniture and other effects.
To viewed on Tuesday previous to the Sale, Catalogues had on the Premises; Mr. Davis, 5, Walbrook; and of Mr. Adamson, 11, Billiter-square.'[1]
