1855 Advertisement. Thomas Rabone, 63 Great Hampton Street, Birmingham. Manufacturer of all kinds of thermometers, Saccharometers, Hydrometers etc.[1]

1861 Living at 63 Great Hampton Street, Birmingham: Thomas Rabone (age 53 born Birmingham), Mathematical Instrument Maker. With his wife Sarah Rabone (age 53 born Birmingham). Also his mother-in-law Mary Moore (age 89 born Birmingham), Blind. One servant.[2]
