1866 Dissolution of the Copartnership between Tom Thompson, Abraham Wilson, and William Newton, carrying on business in Dewsbury-road, in Hunslet, in the parish of Leeds, in the county of York, under the firm of Thompson, Wilson, and Company, as, Engineers and Machine Tool Makers, so far as regards William Newton; all debts due and owing to and from the said copartnership will be received and paid by the said Tom Thompson and Abraham Wilson, by whom the said business will in future be carried on.[1]
