1860 Company founded - H. Brecknell and Son

1928 Private company - presumably renamed as Thrissell Engineering

1930 Reduction in capital authorised[1]

1961 Designers and manufacturers of machinery for the printing and allied trades. [2]

1963 Masson, Scott and Co acquired Thrissell Engineering Co, a subsidiary of Molins Machine Co; name to be changed to Masson Scott Thrissell.[3]
