1918 Name changed to Titanine Ltd
1922 Titanine Limited, Ida Mary Ward and George Leopold Ward applied for the restoration of the Patent granted to The British Aeroplane Varnish Co. Ltd., and Julius Gustav Ward for an invention entitled "An improvement in solutions of cellulose esters," numbered 129033, and bearing date the 29th of September, 1917, which, expired on the 29th of September, 1921, owing to the non-payment of the prescribed renewal fee.[1]
1924 Acquired British Emaillite Co Ltd; name changed to Titanine-Emaillite Ltd[2]. Some shares were held by International Paint and Compositions Co[3]
1936 Public company Titanine Ltd founded to acquire Titanine-Emaillite Ltd, then in voluntary liquidation[4].
